One-armed woman goes viral for proving officer wrong during texting and driving stop

A one-armed woman has gone mega-viral after she quickly refuted a cop’s claim that she was driving with a phone in her “right hand.” A distracted driving traffic citation was issued to a woman who was scheduled to appear in court on May 27th, however the case was dismissed by the PBC Deputy who issued it, court records show.
